The launch of the Rwanda Pulmonary Health Initiative marks the emergence of a pulmonary medicine fellowship in Rwanda, dedicated to training the next generation of Rwandan pulmonologists within their own health system. The initiative emphasizes rigorous clinical education, modern respiratory diagnostics, and durable local expertise, ensuring that advanced pulmonary care grows from within rather than arriving from afar.
